After a successful career as a photographic model, Emily went on to become a tile painter of delftware after she swapped London for the delights of the Welsh Marches over thirty years ago. Nowadays, her range includes bone china and earthenware, (sourced from the Staffordshire potteries and high-fired to produce a glossy finish) which she hands paints with her original designs and then further embellishes with silk matt gold or lustres. The finished pieces are dishwasher safe and suitable for everyday use, but as with all things of delicacy and beauty, it is advisable to wash them by hand. Alternatively, if using a dishwasher, use a cool wash and a mild detergent.
Most pieces can be personalised to order.
